A'VERIE STUDIOS is a Swedish brand founded in 2023 in Stockholm, driven by a vision to inspire and empower both men and women to become the best version of themselves—the version they've always dreamed of.

Payments

We offer a variety of payment options to make your shopping experience smooth and convenient:

Currency Information
Currently, all purchases are processed in SEK (Swedish Krona). However, you can view prices in your preferred currency for convenience before checkout.

Orders

When you have made a purchase with us, you will receive an order confirmation and delivery notification to the email you've registered.

If you haven't received it, make sure to check your Junk Mail.

Shipping

Within Sweden
We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible—typically within 1-3 business days. For domestic shipping, we partner with PostNord, allowing you to choose delivery to your door or your preferred post office.

International Shipping
For orders outside Sweden, delivery takes approximately 3–10 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.

Shipping to Norway (VOEC Registered)
We are VOEC registered, which means orders below 3,000 NOK are shipped with taxes included, so you won’t have to pay customs duties upon delivery. For orders exceeding this amount, additional customs charges may apply.

Customs & Import Taxes
For international orders, additional customs duties, import taxes, or fees may apply. These charges are determined by your country’s regulations and are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs office for potential fees before placing your order.

Please note that A'VERIE STUDIOS is not responsible for delays caused by shipping partners or other third parties

Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 14 day return and exchange policy from when you receive the delivery.
After the 14 days have gone by, you unfortunately can't return your order.

For returns or exchange please contact order@averiestudios.com and describe your errand, and we will help you as soon as possible.

Please remember to write your order number in the email.

Reclaims & Complaints

We always try to ensure that our items are in the right condition before we send them.
If you have received a defect item, we are terribly sorry, and we want to help you with your errand in the best possible way.

Please send us an e-mail to hello@averiestudios.com with a description of your errand + photos of the item, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Our support-team speaks both Swedish and English.

Specifications & Care Instructions

At A'VERIE STUDIOS, quality is our priority, and we design our hooks to keep your bag secure and safe. Each bag hook is strong enough to hold up to 10 kg with proper use.

Care Instructions
To maintain your bag hook in pristine condition, we recommend storing it in the provided dust bag when not in use. This helps protect the material and keeps it looking its best for years to come.
