1. About A'VERIE STUDIOS AB

The company is based in Stockholm, Sweden.

2. Orders

Once you have completed your order, a confirmation will be sent to your email address. The confirmation will include all details regarding the products, pricing, billing, and shipping address.
If any information in the confirmation is incorrect, please contact us immediately at order@averiestudios.com.

3. Delivery

Our standard delivery times are as follows:

  • Within Sweden: 1-4 business days
  • Within the EU: 3-7 business days
  • Outside the EU: 5-10 business days

Please note, orders placed during weekends will be processed and shipped on the following Monday at the earliest.
If your delivery is delayed and you have not received prior notification of an extended delivery time, please contact us at order@averiestudios.com and include your order number for assistance.

4. Pricing

Prices for our products are listed in SEK and include 25% VAT. Customers wishing to see prices in other currencies can do so in the webshop.
For customers outside the EU, additional VAT, customs duties, and other fees may be charged by your local customs authorities upon import, at applicable rates.
We reserve the right to adjust prices due to changes from suppliers, typographical errors in the price list, or incorrect prices caused by inaccurate information, and we reserve the right to correct these prices.

5. Right of Withdrawal

When purchasing goods on the website, you as a customer have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, which applies from the time you receive the goods you ordered.

5.1 Exercising your right of withdrawal:

You must notify us if you wish to withdraw your purchase. The notification must be sent to order@averiestudios.com. The message should include your name, address, email address, order number, and a clear specification of the items you wish to return.

You should return the products immediately and no later than within the statutory 14 days after the notification of withdrawal.
You are responsible for the return shipping, delivery, and the condition of the products upon return. Therefore, the products should be shipped well-packaged and in their original packaging.

We reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the reduction in the product's value compared to the original value, in the case of used or damaged goods.

5.2 The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Products that are sealed for health or hygiene reasons, and the seal has been broken by you.
  • Customized products, specifically tailored to your preferences or with a clear personal imprint.
  • Services that have been fully performed and where you expressly agreed that the service would begin without the right of withdrawal.

6. Complaints and Claims

All products are inspected before they are sent to you. Should the product still be damaged or incorrectly shipped when it arrives, we undertake to correct the issue free of charge in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective item.
Complaints should be sent immediately after the defect is discovered to order@averiestudios.com.

6.1 How to proceed with a complaint:

Any faults or defects must always be reported to order@averiestudios.com, where you provide your name, address, email address, order number, and a description of the fault.
If we are unable to rectify the issue or deliver a similar product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection law. We cover the return shipping cost for approved complaints.
We reserve the right to refuse a complaint if it turns out that the product is not defective according to applicable consumer protection legislation.

7. Limitation of Liability

We take no responsibility for indirect damages that may arise from the product.
We accept no liability for delays/errors due to circumstances beyond the company’s control (Force Majeure), such as labor disputes, fires, wars, government decisions, reduced or missing deliveries from suppliers.
Furthermore, no responsibility is accepted for any changes to products/product characteristics that have been changed by the respective supplier and other factors beyond our control.

8. Product Information

We reserve the right for any typographical errors on this website and the sale of out-of-stock products. We do not guarantee that the images accurately reflect the products' appearance, as a certain color and appearance difference may occur depending on the screen, photo quality, and resolution. We always strive to portray the products as accurately as possible.

9. Cookie Information

According to the law on electronic information, visitors to a website must be informed about the use of cookies for privacy purposes. A cookie is a small text file that the website you are visiting requests to save on your computer to give access to various functions. You can set your browser to automatically refuse cookies. A'VERIE STUDIOS AB is responsible for the processing of personal data that you have provided to us as a customer. Your personal data is processed by us to manage your order and, if you have opted in, for newsletters or promotional offers – to tailor our marketing to your needs.

To handle your order and respond to queries related to your order (customer service), we store your first and last name, address, phone number, email address, IP address, and purchase history.

In connection with a purchase, your personal data is processed to complete the agreement with you.

10.4 What data is shared and for what purpose?

10.4.1 Payment Provider

When making a purchase, information is shared with our payment provider. This includes your first and last name, address, email address, and phone number. If you choose to pay by invoice, the personal ID number will also be stored with the payment provider. The information is stored to complete the purchase and protect the parties against fraud.
The payment providers we use are: Card payments (Visa, Mastercard, and American Express), Klarna, Swish, and PayPal.

10.4.2 Shipping Company

To deliver your orders and fulfill our agreement, we need to share specific information with the shipping company. This includes your first and last name, address, and delivery information. Your email address and/or mobile number may also be shared with the shipping company for notification.
The shipping companies we currently use are Postnord.

10.4.3 Newsletter

If you have opted to subscribe to our newsletter, your first name, last name, and email address will be shared with our newsletter provider to keep you updated with information and offers for marketing purposes.

10.5 Right of Access

You have the right to request an extract of all the information we have stored about you. The extract is provided electronically in a readable format.

10.6 Right to Rectification

You have the right to ask us to update incorrect information or complete information that is incomplete.

10.7 Right to be Forgotten

You may request that we delete the information we have about you at any time. There are a few exceptions to the right to deletion, such as when the data must be retained for us to fulfill a legal obligation (for example, under the Accounting Act).

We reserve the right to make changes to the terms at any time. Changes to the terms will be published online on the website. The amended terms are considered accepted in connection with orders or visits to the website.

In the event of a dispute regarding the interpretation or application of these general terms and conditions, Swedish law and regulations will apply.
